Let’s Talk ROAD BLOCKS that may be holding your back from creating your happiest life!
What is holding you back from living your Boldest, Bravest, Best life right now? Maybe it’s overwhelm, uncertainty or doubt. Perhaps, life has shifted and you’re not sure where you even fit in-feeling irrelevant at times! You might be asking, where/how do I even begin? “I am not sure what direction I want to go, but I do know it’s time for a SHIFT.” I hear this often. Or, do you know where you want be, but just can’t seem to get there?
Other possibilities for not taking action include flat out fear of the unknown, loss of confidence(lost your voice along the way- BIG one), wondering if you are competent, or if it’s too late, or how your SHIFT will impact others in your life-(don’t want to disappoint or make waves.) These are just a few of the obstacles I hear over and over again from women, just like you, who are ready to EMBRACE their new season of life- but just don’t know where to begin. No worries! She is experiencing transition of some kind-life, career, relationships. She’s good at what she does, but may be bored or unfilled with her day-to-day, knowing there is much more for her, yet at a loss as to what this New Life Vision looks like and/or how to get there!
She is searching to find her authentic voice, again or for the first time!
She is ready to create, execute and boldly begin living her New Life Vision with confidence and joy in this unique stage of her life/career/business.

As your Confidence & Transformation Coach, you can expect a loving, curious, non-judgmental, knowledgeable, fellow seeker who has over 30 years teaching, coaching, guiding, facilitating and supporting many humans in business and in their personal growth and expansion.
My life experience has been setting me up for decades to do this work. I am a champion for women becoming all we can be. I grew up dancing to my mom’s favorite song by Helen Reddy, I Am Woman! Still inspires me today!
My experience working in our health care system as a physical therapist, leading, growing and managing teams, building a successful business in the wellness arena, serving on a non-profit board supporting mental health for teens, being on a consistent path of personal growth for over 35 years, and raising 3 magnificent, grounded souls, just to share a small bit of myself, has given me a perspective on life that I am here to share!
Succinctly stated, “ You are a magnificent, spiritual being living in a most extraordinary human body. You were born worthy. You are here to learn, grow and thrive in love and joy. It is your absolute birth-right.”
My part in this journey, is helping us to remember who we really are! Life is supposed to be fun. Let’s jump into the arena, together, and find out who we are, right now, and what we are here to create & experience going forward!
