Women, 40+, experiencing transition (by choice or by default)in life, career or both. She’s successful, but discontent and looking for What’s Next! She’s done with overthinking, doubting and feeling stuck. It’s time to act!

WHAT IS THE PROGRAM STRUCTURE?

Ready, S.E.T., Soar-Small Group Coaching is a 4-month, hybrid coaching program for no more than 10 women. It’s a combination of virtual group meetings, individual one to one coaching sessions with Jen, daily, weekly and monthly communication options,
